Simply scan the QR code located on your order confirmation email, or in My Account under “Lift Pass QR Codes”, at one of our ticket pick up machines and your card(s) will be printed. If you have purchased a new Mountain Access Card with your online order, you can collect your card on arrival in resort at one of our lift ticket pick up machines. If you have an existing Mountain Access card attached to your account, lift access will automatically be loaded to your account following your lift ticket purchase, and you can use your existing card to head straight to the lifts when you arrive at Hotham. You can hit the slopes faster by collecting your card at our lift ticket pick up machines. Lift ticket access will be uploaded onto your Mountain Access Card.
